This new multifamily property features 218 microunits, and Intramode procured custom interiors for each unit, including a bedframe with drawer storage, floating nightstand shelf, kitchen counter with upper and lower cabinetry and window bench seat with storage. Intramode also ensured units were equipped with customized lighting fixtures, bathroom accessories and appliances. In the common areas, Intramode purchased furniture and lighting for inside and outside spaces, including lounge chairs, a gas firepit and patio heaters, and planters, which will withstand the elements and heavy foot traffic.
