The Lofts of Merchants Row combined five historic buildings and one ground-up building into a new mixed-use development. Intramode’s services included the procurement of all floorcovering, window treatments and appliances—refrigerator, microwave, oven, washer, and dryer—for the 157 residential units, all while collaborating with the architect and design team.
