The hotel underwent a complete renovation, including a change in its brand, from a Hawthorn Suites to Hotel Indigo, a branded boutique hotel. Intramode provided procurement of all furnishings for the guestrooms, lobby, conference rooms, fitness center and Phi Bar and Bistro. Furnishings included guestroom casegoods, lounge chairs with occasional tables, dining tables and chairs and bar stools. Intramode also provided the bedding, window treatments, floorcovering, accessories, lighting, murals and interior signage.
